How it works
Our coaching program is individually tailored to meet you where you are at so that the content and takeaway actions can be implemented straight away in your life and business.
Free Discovery phase
When you apply for the program, you will be sent a short document for you to fill out which will help us understand who you are as a person, your beliefs, your goals and ambitions and a snapshot of your business.
This information will help to determine if our coaching program is right for you and how we can best help you.
Following this you will be asked to book a time for a 40 minute live/online session where we will have the time to get to know each other and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions about the program. If we both feel that we are a good fit for each other we can then move to the Planning phase.
Planning and implementation phase
Based on the discovery phase, we will design a Thrive roadmap to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
These roadmaps are designed in quarterly (3 month) blocks and will serve as a map while we work with you to implement the necessary actions to bring about the change you are looking for.
Ultimately you are in control of this roadmap, and so we will only move to the next phase when you are satisfied with the plan and ready to jump into the implementation phase.
Implementation phase
During the implementation phase of our Thrive roadmap, we will meet fortnightly for an hour session via Zoom to assess our current progress, plan the next steps and troubleshoot any issues that have come up.
These implementation sessions are all about accountability. We will help guide you towards executing the actions that will lead you to your short and long term goals. True growth only comes through implementation of the frameworks and behaviours we teach.
At the end of the quarterly block, we will reassess your progress in light of your roadmap and celebrate your growth during the process. If you want to continue on with coaching, we will then design a new 3 month Thrive roadmap with you.

How are you different from other programs out there?
The hardest part of any programs out there is the implementation of the concepts and learnings into your everyday life. Our coaching program is designed to help you develop habits and mindsets that are applicable to your life and business now. Growth comes through implementation and we are your guide in that process.
What happens if I can’t make a session?
We know that life and business just happens so if you can’t make a scheduled session, let us know so we can reschedule to another suitable time.
Why do you only do three month coaching blocks?
We know that change takes time and habits can take up to 66 days to form, that is why our coaching program is set as quarterly blocks. We not only provide you a tailored roadmap to help you achieve your goals, but help you to also build personal and professional habits that will last long after our coaching sessions end.
Is this coaching program right for me?
It really depends on your level of commitment to your leadership growth. The coaching process can be hard, as it is all about accountability and taking actions to achieve the results you want. Our free Discovery phase is the perfect place to discuss our program and whether it is right for you.
Do you have payment options available?
We don’t want finance to be the limiter on your growth as a leader or cause you untoward life or business stress. We will work with you to find a payment plan that suits.
