Workshops that build awareness and surface which structures need to change.
Standalone leadership and communication workshops for allied health practice teams. Delivered on-site or virtually, customised to your practice context, and designed to open the structural conversations that matter.
“Workshops build awareness, but awareness without architecture doesn’t stick.”
A workshop can shift how a leadership team thinks about communication, culture, or their own leadership gaps. What it cannot do is install the organisational structure, decision authority, and accountability systems that make those shifts last.
That is where Practice OS begins. Workshops are often the starting point, the conversation starter that surfaces what the practice is missing structurally. For many owners, the diagnostic call that follows is the natural next step.
Learn about Practice OS →Three workshops. One direction.
Each workshop is designed to surfaces a structural problem that a well-run practice needs to solve. They can be delivered standalone or sequenced as part of a broader leadership development engagement.
The 5 C’s of Leadership
Most practice owners became leaders by default — they built a practice and found themselves managing a team. This workshop introduces a structured framework for understanding what effective leadership in a scaling allied health practice actually requires, and where your current approach has gaps. It is the most direct precursor to a Practice OS engagement.
What it covers
- The five core leadership competencies for allied health practice owners
- Honest self-assessment of where each leader sits across the five areas
- How leadership gaps translate into operational drag and owner dependency
- What closing those gaps looks like in a practice context
- The structural changes that support leadership development long-term
Communication Essentials
Poor communication inside a practice is rarely about people, it’s about the absence of a shared framework for how people understand each other and exchange information. This workshop introduces a practical communication model that applies across team dynamics, leadership conversations, and day-to-day interactions. Delivered as a team-facing workshop focused on internal communication and leadership.
What it covers
- DISC profiling: understanding your own and your team’s communication styles
- How communication style mismatches create friction, missed expectations, and team tension
- Adapting your communication approach to the person in front of you
- Practical frameworks for giving feedback, setting expectations, and handling difficult conversations
- How communication clarity supports accountability and reduces escalations to the owner
Creating and Cultivating Culture
Culture in a practice is not what you put on the wall, it’s what you reinforce every day through how decisions get made, how people are treated, and what gets rewarded. This workshop helps practice teams understand what their current culture is actually producing, what they want it to produce instead, and what behaviours and systems need to change to close that gap. A strong cultural foundation is what makes structural change stick.
What it covers
- What culture is actually made of, and who shapes it in a practice
- Diagnosing your current culture honestly, including what it is rewarding
- Defining the cultural behaviours that support a high-performing team
- How leaders create, sustain, and shift culture through their daily actions
- Building the team agreements and accountability structures that make culture durable

What people take away
Greg ran an excellent full-day leadership workshop for our team at our recent conference at the RACV resort in Cape Schanck. He took us through the 5 C’s of leadership, the 5 levels of leadership, and the 5 dysfunctions of a team, making the content genuinely personal. We honestly audited ourselves as a leadership group and walked away knowing exactly what to work on. Greg has a real gift for getting people to reflect without ever feeling lectured. We came away clearer, more connected, and ready to lead better. Highly recommend.
“It was a privilege to attend this course and learn about different perspectives of team management. It helped me to reflect upon what type of leadership style I am, what I am lacking and how I can improve to help my team run smoother and more seamlessly. This has added lots of value to my new business leadership journey.”
“Before these workshops, difficult conversations weren’t being addressed in our team at all. What I came away with were practical tools to manage those conversations professionally — and a clearer way to communicate expectations so misunderstandings don’t escalate.”
Not sure where to start?
The diagnostic call answers that question. We’ll look at where your practice is structurally, what your team needs most right now, and whether a workshop, a full install, or both is the right starting point.
